Skied a glorious few days at Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole a couple of weeks ago ... was really lucky to find such great snow after the dismal season we had back East. Three photos from my cat ski at Targhee, and one standing at the top of Corbett's. This was the second time I've stood at the top of Corbett's, the first time, I thought my knees were going to give way ... this time I could enjoy the experience a little more ... next time maybe I'll ski it ...
Skied Mary Jane, Winter Park Skied with (a different) Bill Skied on K2 Cabrawlers Conditions were very firm. Well, this was the day that we started the drive back home so I was only skiing the first half of the day. I was feeling the bumps and bruises of seventeen out of nineteen ski days and I think that if Bill hadn't made a last minute business trip to Denver I would have blown this day off and hit the road early. I've now got two ski days left and that will most likely be it until next season. I got to the C lot a bit early because I just love to sit there and gaze at the mountain. More than anyplace else, I feel at home here ...
Skied Mary Jane and Vasquez Ridge Skied solo Skied on K2 Cabrawlers Boy, did I have a hard time getting going today. I'm so happy that my wife is here with me now but last night that translated to a late (for this early bird) night on the town.
