    I wouldn't be surprised. My back alley neighbor had to put in a french drain in his crawl space and the developer acquiesced and actually paid to run a drain from his french drain under Queen of the West. The owner had 6 - 12 inches of water in the crawl space before putting a temporary sump prior to the drain.

    K and I had a delightful picnic on Forever to celebrate Valentine's Day early. Our view was Mount of the Holy Cross. Unfortunately, the phone ate the picture.

    I remember watching that project progress.
