    Winter is winding down here. You can see the effects of the wind on some of our more recent storms in this picture of the dredge rocks. The brown is dust from the south west that blew in on a storm 2 - 3 weeks ago.

    Misty, as beautiful as ever. She goes for a 4 mile XC ski like it was a stroll in the park. Not bad for a 14er.

    Thanks for the pics, MR, it still feels like home to me. Sure missed it this year. Misty looks great. Rocky would have loved to join her for a jaunt on those trails.

    CO misses you, too, Rick.

    With her white muzzle, she hides her age well. A few months ago Misty develped a back problem related to an accident when she was young. I got some anti-inflamatories for her and she was well again. She was hurting again a few weeks ago so I gave her the drug again, for a much shorter time, and she is back to running like the wind. She is smart, too. Going up hill, she stays behind me and doesn't rush. Downhill is another story.
