Thread: Cheater Ski Advice

    Question Cheater Ski Advice

I want a cheater GS ski to carve up the icy Minnesota hills. I weigh 190lbs and love to go fast and feel the g-force.

    15m to 19m turning radius at 178cm-184cm.
Edge grip is important for carving on ice.

Currently I'm skiing some '07 Salomon Equipe GC Race 178cm skis. Time to update and upgrade. I'd like to go a little longer for stability, make tighter turns, and have the best edge grip possible.

    Skis I think I'd like:

Stockli Laser GS 180cm (18.2m radius)
    Nordica Doberman 182cm (19.5m radius)

    I'd appreciate some suggestions

When you are winning, don't let up. When you are losing, don't give up.

Progressor 18 and 19. Closer to race ski. Head supershape I rally. You will spend good money if that is not an issue.
