    That is awesome! Amazing what a bit of treatment & good quality excersize will do for our bodies. Pain free & strong is a great way to head into Spring.

    I had my second SI joint injection this week--rats. Apparently I had re-damaged the area after carrying a backpack full of books and computer stuff on only one shoulder, and from there the pain became more chronic. We'll see if this has longer lasting effects this time as the joint area and surrounding muscles are in better condition than last time. Doc said the additional conditioning was a big help so will stay the course there. Too bad watching the Olympics doesn't count toward that!
