    Here's an example:

    Product Evaluation Form

    PRODUCT INFORMATION

    TYPE OF EQUIPMENT: Skis

    MANUFACTURER AND MODEL: K2, 710-FO

    SIZE: 204

    DIMENSIONS: 72-65-70

SPECIAL FEATURES: Very stiff, race stock ski. Wood core.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: These skis are from approx. 1980

    TESTER INFORMATION

    TESTER'S NAME: Old Pete

    GENDER: Male

    AGE: 62

HEIGHT AND WEIGHT: 6 feet 0 inches, 210 lbs

    YEARS SKIING / BOARDING: 55

    ABILITY LEVEL: Expert

    TEST CONDITIONS

    TEST LOCATION: Stowe, Vermont

    DATE: Feb 12th, 2011

AMOUNT OF TESTING TIME: A full day.

GROOMED / BUMPS / OFF PISTE: All of it.

SNOW TYPE: Hard pack, ice, rock hard bumps, some chopped up old snow, not nice.

BLACK / BLUE / GREEN TERRAIN: Skied all levels of terrain.

    THE EVALUATION

THIS PRODUCT IS BEST SUITED FOR: Racing on very straight courses. Or bombing fast down open trails.

THIS PRODUCT STRUGGLES WITH: Sharp arc to arc turns. It also is not a forgiving and easy to manipulate bump ski. Too stiff.

WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST: Holds very well on hard snow. Gives definition to "rail" turns.

WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME MOST: Like any ski from that era, they just don't want to turn. You want to turn? Then YOU darn well better turn them. Pivots and skate steps are your friend.

WHO SHOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT: Someone who misses the past.

WHO SHOULD STAY CLEAR: Anyone who likes carving arc to arc turns at speeds slower than a speeding bullet.

FINAL THOUGHTS: It was fun getting back on these skis, for a walk down memory lane. Really makes you remember and appreciate the skills the racers had to have back in the day, to get these tanks through a slalom course. It also makes you very grateful for the more shapely skis we have today.
