snow tomorrow, then 4 degree high, Farenheit.

Well, it's supposed to be sleeting and snowing tomorrow at my mountain, with a high of mid-20s somewhere on the mountain. Don't know if that's mid mountain, parking lot, or summit. I'll be driving 3 hours in the early morning hours up there in that.

Saturday the HIGH is supposed to be 4 degrees. Sunday, 2 degrees.
Farenheit. Without wind chill figured in.
Youbetcha there will be wind on this mountain.

Packing now. I think I'll need two duffle bags this time.

Down days, and prime snow making weather.

4F is pretty brutal, and if it's windy doubly so. Not pleasant skiing.

One of my lines on a chair lift this year when someone comments on how cold it is "I never complain about the cold in the Winter. Particularly not THIS winter."
I need to be a conqueror, a liberator of my potential, kept prisoner all these years.

-8 this morning when we left to go skiing. Skied Peek-n-Peak today. Was sunny and cold but warmed up to 18 degrees.

1 degree right now but supposed to warm up to 35 tomorrow, 40 Tuesday.

    Rollercoaster for sure.

It was cold today. -10º at the bottom this morning, -20º at the top around lunch, and it got all the way up to 3º at the bottom by 2:00. Cold, cold.

Boot gloves, Hotronics, mittens with two hand warmers in each, face mask, frost bite danger on exposed face skin, you name it. Hairdryer in the lodge applied to boots during breaks, blowing down into flayed-open boots to warm the toes even with all that other stuff. Coffee in the lodge, no free skiing at all for me.
